Preorder Policy
Thank you for your interest in our preorder items. Please review the policy below before placing your order.
Shipping Timeline
Preorder items will ship within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.
Orders Containing Preorder and In-Stock Items
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the full order will be shipped together once the preorder item is ready. To receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Preorders may be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, all sales are considered final and are processed for fulfillment.
Returns and Exchanges
Preordered items may be returned or exchanged in accordance with our standard return policy: returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached.
